How well do Aviya Mattress mattresses isolate motion?
Share your experience with Aviya Mattress' motion isolation features
When it comes to motion isolation, Tuck.com, who analyzed over 175 ratings from 12 sources, gave Aviya a rating of Poor, saying, "As an innerspring mattress, the Aviya does a poor job handling movement across the surface."
Mattress Clarity gave them a 3.5/5 score for motion transfer, supporting their rating by saying, "If you sleep with a partner on a poorly constructed innerspring mattress, you are going to be disturbed any time they move at all. Fortunately Aviya considered motion transfer in their construction, and performs way above average on the motion transfer test."
Sleep Advisor has a similar sentiment as Mattress Clarity, saying, "While memory foam beds are best known for their motion isolation, innersprings traditionally have less isolation. There is more motion transfer on Aviya than many all-foam beds we have reviewed. However, pocketed coils help to minimize that transfer."
